uCord is a free Discord vanity link service that allows Discord server owners to:

• Create custom vanity URLs for their Discord servers
• Customize link embeds with descriptions and colors
• Track link click analytics
• Optionally list their servers in our discovery page

3. User Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age or meet Discord's minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction
• Have a valid Discord account
• Have the necessary permissions to manage the Discord server you are setting up
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Discord account
• All activities that occur through your account
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with these Terms
• Any content you submit through the Service

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service to create legitimate vanity links for Discord servers you manage or have permission to represent.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes or to promote illegal activities
• Create vanity links for servers that violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Use the Service to distribute malware, phishing content, or other malicious materials
• Create vanity links that impersonate others or misrepresent server ownership
• Use offensive, inappropriate, or misleading vanity codes
• Attempt to exploit, abuse, or harm the Service or its users
• Spam or abuse the Service through excessive automated requests
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content Standards

All content you submit (server names, descriptions, vanity codes) must:

• Be accurate and not misleading
• Not contain hate speech, discriminatory content, or promote violence
• Not contain explicit adult content (unless properly marked as NSFW)
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Comply with Discord's Community Guidelines

7. Discord Integration

uCord integrates with Discord's services. By using our Service:

• You acknowledge that you must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service
• You understand that changes to Discord's API or policies may affect the Service
• You grant us permission to access your Discord information as described in our Privacy Policy

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service:

• The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily interrupt service

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by CedarBlocks and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Behavior that harms or could harm other users or the Service
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by:

• Using the /delete command to remove your server data
• Removing our bot from your Discord server
• Logging out and ceasing to use the Service

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• We are not responsible for content posted by users or actions taken by Discord server owners
• We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses
• Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CedarBlocks, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of others
• Content you submit through the Service

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
