If you no longer want to use uCord for your Discord server, you can permanently delete all your server data. This guide will walk you through the process.
What Gets Deleted?
When you delete your server data, the following information is permanently removed:
- Vanity Link: Your custom invite link will stop working
- Server Settings: All configuration, descriptions, tags, and colors
- Analytics Data: Click logs and engagement statistics
- Server Listing: Your server will be removed from public discovery
Important Considerations
Before deleting, consider:
- This Action is Permanent: Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered
- Vanity Link Stops Working: Your custom link will no longer redirect to Discord
- You Can Recreate Later: You can always set up a new vanity link if you change your mind
- No Impact on Discord Server: This only affects uCord data, not your actual Discord server
Method 1: Using Discord Bot Command
The easiest way to delete your data is through Discord:
- Open Discord and navigate to your server
- Type
/deletein any channel - Follow the Instructions provided by the bot
- Confirm Deletion when prompted
The bot will guide you through the process and confirm once your data is deleted.
Method 2: Using the Web Dashboard
You can also delete your server through the web interface:
- Visit ucord.cc/dashboard and log in with Discord
- Find Your Server in the list
- Click on Your Server to view its details
- Click the Delete Button (usually red, with a trash icon)
- Confirm Deletion by entering your server ID
- Wait for Confirmation that the deletion is complete
What Happens After Deletion?
After deletion:
- Your vanity link immediately stops working
- All data is removed from uCord's database
- Your server is removed from public listings
- Analytics and click logs are permanently deleted
- You'll need to set up again if you want to use uCord in the future
